Job Description

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Trainer, particularly in a call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using virtual training platforms and tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in education, human resources, or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently from a home office with a reliable internet connection.
