Job Description

FlexEarnings is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Call Center Quality Assurance Coordinator. This remote position is designed for someone passionate about ensuring the highest standards of customer service and support. Working from the comfort of your home, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and evaluating call center interactions, providing feedback to improve quality and efficiency, and contributing to the training and development of our team. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of inbound and outbound calls and other customer interactions.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, training needs, and areas for improvement in customer service.
  • Provide constructive feedback to call center agents and management based on quality monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and processes.
  • Collaborate with the training department to enhance training programs based on QA findings.
  • Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, insights, and improvement recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a quality assurance role within a call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in using call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
