Job Description: We are currently seeking a Remote Education Technology Support Specialist to provide technical support and guidance in the use of educational technology tools and platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support for educational technology tools and systems.
- Assist educators and students in troubleshooting and resolving technology-related issues.
- Conduct training sessions on the use of educational technology tools and software.
- Stay informed about the latest educational technology tools and trends.
- Collaborate with educational staff to identify and meet technology needs.
- Document and manage support requests and resolutions.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in providing technical support, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with a variety of educational technology tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
