Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Provide detailed guidance and support to users on how to effectively use our educational tools and resources.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to report and track customer feedback and issues, contributing to the improvement of our platforms.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and new technologies in the EdTech sector.
  • Assist in creating and updating support documentation, guides, and FAQs for users.

Qualifications:
