Job Description

We are seeking an E-Learning Technology Coordinator to oversee the implementation and management of e-learning technologies across educational platforms. This role is pivotal in enhancing the digital learning experience by coordinating and integrating various instructional technologies. You will be responsible for ensuring that these technologies are used effectively to support educational goals and improve learner outcomes. This position calls for a candidate with a strong background in educational technology and a passion for digital learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate the integration of e-learning technologies into educational programs.
  2. Collaborate with educators and instructional designers to develop effective online learning experiences.
  3. Manage and support the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning tools.
  4. Provide training and support to educators and staff on using e-learning technologies.
  5. Evaluate and recommend new e-learning technologies and tools.
  6. Ensure the accessibility and usability of digital learning materials.
  7. Monitor the effectiveness of e-learning technologies and make improvements as needed.
  8. Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in e-learning and instructional technology.
  9. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the use of e-learning technologies.
  10. Lead projects to enhance digital learning environments and experiences.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Experience in e-learning coordination or a similar role within an educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of instructional technology tools and best practices in digital learning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in managing and supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to train and support staff in using e-learning technologies.
  • Experience in evaluating and implementing e-learning tools and resources.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Commitment to staying informed about current trends in e-learning and educational technology.
