Job Description: We are currently seeking talented and enthusiastic Virtual Guitar Instructors to join our dynamic online music education team. In this role, you will be responsible for offering guitar lessons online, potentially covering a wide range of styles and techniques to students across the globe. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging online guitar lessons for students of various ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.
• Develop personalized lesson plans that address the unique goals, interests, and learning styles of each student.
• Teach a variety of guitar styles, such as classical, acoustic, electric, jazz, blues, rock, and more.
• Utilize online teaching tools and platforms to create interactive and effective learning experiences.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them progress in their guitar skills.
• Organize and facilitate virtual performances or recitals to showcase students’ achievements.

Requirements:

• Proven proficiency in playing and teaching guitar.
• Strong understanding of music theory and guitar techniques.
• Experience with various guitar styles and genres.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital communication tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and motivational skills.
• A friendly and patient teaching approach, capable of engaging students of all ages.

Preferred Qualifications (but not required):

• Formal training in Music, Guitar Performance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in teaching guitar, either in-person or online.
• Basic video editing skills for creating engaging lesson content.
