Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Remote Instructional Designer and Technologist to join our team. Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in instructional design, particularly in an online or remote learning environment.
• Proficiency in instructional technology and multimedia authoring tools (such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
• Strong understanding of instructional design theories, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate in course design.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital education platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and how to create inclusive learning content.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to staying current in instructional design and technology trends.
