I am currently in the process of expanding my small business and am looking for a skilled grant writer to collaborate with me on identifying suitable small business grants, as well as developing a comprehensive business proposal and business plan. I have already outlined the framework and gathered relevant content, but I need someone with expertise to streamline and articulate the information effectively.

**Responsibilities:**
1. **Grant Identification:** Research and identify five (5) relevant small business grants ($5,000 or more) that align with the goals and expansion plans of my business.

2. **Proposal Development:** Work closely with me to develop a compelling business proposal, ensuring that all necessary components are included, and the narrative is persuasive.

3. **Business Plan Creation:** Assist in refining and structuring the business plan, incorporating financial projections, market analysis, and a strategic roadmap.

**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience in grant writing for small businesses.
2. Strong understanding of business proposal and business plan development.
3. Excellent communication skills to effectively translate business concepts into a clear and compelling narrative.
